Du bist in der Lage, sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außendienst unsere Kunden ganzheitlich zufrieden zu stellen. Dazu hast Du bereits praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung. Du bist ein Praktiker, besitzt darüber hinaus die nötigen IT-technischen Grundkenntnisse und weißt, wie Dinge in der Produktion und beim Kunden umgesetzt werden können.

Tasks
Your position:
- Durchführung von Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an technischen Anlagen im Innen- und Außendienst
- Consultation and customer support (by phone, online and on site)
- Independent elimination of malfunctions in technical systems
- Diagnosis of technical problems and error analysis
- Complaints processing and documentation of service activities on site
- Securing quality of work and service
Qualification
Your profile:
- Founded (information) technical knowledge
- Ability to read tech. Drawings and circuit diagrams
- Skilled craftsmanship
- Careful and independent (customer-oriented) way of working
- Time flexibility
- Communication skills and a quick grasp
- Traveling
- High resilience
