Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Dich, einen innovativen „Macher“, einen ideenreichen „Umsetzer“, der mit und für uns die Weiterentwicklung des LateBird`s steuert. Jemand, der ganzheitlich die Verantwortung für die nächste Generation unseres Shopping Moduls in die Hände nimmt und mit Kreativität und Teamspirit unsere Entwicklung vorantreibt.
Idealerweise kommst Du aus dem Maschinenbau oder einer Entwicklungsabteilung. Du hast zudem gute Kenntnisse in der IT-Welt und kannst die Dinge einander zuordnen. Erfahrungen im Retail und in der aktuellen Einzelhandels-Szene würden Dein Profil abrunden, sind jedoch nicht zwingend. Du bist in der Lage Ideen zu Entwürfen bis hin zu Roadmaps und Umsetzung zu planen und letztendlich mit benachbarten Teams umzusetzen.

Steuerung und Planung unserer LateBird-Weiterentwicklung
Ganzheitliche Projektverantwortung
Diese Position ist direkt der Geschäftsleitung unterstellt.
Enge Kooperation und Planung mit Partnern und Zulieferunternehmen
Erstellung und Verantwortung unserer Roadmap
Marktbeobachtung, Trendsetting und Erstellung von Bedarfsanalysen
Teamwork mit Produktion, Information Technology sowie Service
Qualification
Your profile:
Erfahrener Entwickler, Konstrukteur oder Maschinenbauer
Hohes Maß an technischer Kompetenz gepaart mit wirtschaftlichem Denken
Ausgeprägte handwerkliche Berufserfahrung
Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office – Anwendungen und Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CADSystemen
